 May be involved in protein-linked oligosaccharide phosphorylation since the deletion reduces the negative charge of the cell surface. Involved in the resistance to EDTA, cadmium chloride, cycloheximide, 6-dimethylaminopurine, methyl caffeate, beta-chloro-L-alanine, caffeine and cerulenin.
