Functional Description
Mitochondrial outer membrane protein which regulates mitochondrial morphology. Mitochondrial morphology is controlled by two opposites processes: fusion and fission. Can directly recruit the fission mediator dynamin-related protein 1 (DNM1L) to the mitochondrial surface.
